The intellectual basis
Orthotropics rests on a long tradition of biological thinking: that form follows function, that bone responds to load, that the structures we use are the structures we keep. The literature on craniofacial growth is rich, contested, and well worth careful reading.

The International Association of Facial Growth Guidance is the institutional home for professionals engaged with this work. A membership organisation built on study, discussion, and the cross-disciplinary exchange of ideas.
